The Wisconsin Child Care Research Partnership is a federally funded project to measure the quality of child care in Wisconsin, particularly for low-income children receiving subsidy. Partners are Child Care Resource and Referral Network, Department of Workforce Development, and UW-Extension. We examine administrative data from child care resource and referral agencies and the Department of Workforce Development, conduct surveys of child care programs and providers and have conducted in-person observations at child care programs and providers. Research reports generated by the Research Partnership are easily downloaded from their web site
